During the pandemic, I started building something new. I wanted to share my experience working abroad and help healthcare professionals see what was possible. What began as an idea turned into a growing community of dental hygienists rethinking their careers. Connecting with hygienists around the world has been one of the best parts of this journey. We shared stories, swapped advice, and built a network of people ready to explore new opportunities. The most rewarding part has been seeing others achieve their goals. Watching someone land their first job abroad or take that big step to move has been incredible. Knowing I played a small role in their success means everything. Hearing from people who felt inspired by this community reminds me why I started. It shows how much impact we can have when we create space for others to dream and grow. This journey has taught me that even small ideas can make a big difference in my life and in others’ lives.
