Return policy

Effective date: 10 February 2025

Thank you for shopping at Dentallynx International, dba Dental Hygienists Abroad (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers may be required to pay cost of return label + restocking fee*.

All purchases have a 30-day return window. Customer is responsible return label, a return label can be issued but the cost will be taken out of the reimbursement.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at in**@de********************.com. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. A return must be authorized by our support team in order to be eligible for a return.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 21 days; although it is usually faster than this.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement or issuing a refund. Customers must report any issues with any product within the first 30 days of purchase. If any defects or damages at arrival are not reported within the first 30 days, the above warranties will not apply.

7. Exceptions

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Any products that may come into contact with bodily fluids are not able to be returned nor refunded when opened due to health risks. Products include but are not limited to bathroom safety, braces, mattresses, pads, cushions. Any item that falls under one of these categories will be reviewed using a pre-determined set of formal requests and documentations before having the potential to qualify as returnable. This policy is in place for the health and well being of our employees, thank you for understanding.
  • Items not returned in their original packaging and condition will not be eligible for a refund

8. Cancellations

  • We try to ship orders as fast as possible.  We are happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not already been processed.
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support ASAP. All requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • If an order has been processed, you will have to proceed with the return as outlined above.

8. Credits

Once your return is verified, DENTALLYNX INTERNATIONAL will issue a credit to the card used for the purchase. It can take up to 4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a check within 30 days.

*Restocking fee: items equal to or greater than 20lbs will be charged 20% restocking fee (20% of return price)
