While the world paused during the pandemic, I started building something new. I’m Angela Scott, a U.S.-trained dental hygienist with experience in Switzerland and Germany and founder of Dental Hygienists Abroad. I noticed a gap: preventive oral care is undervalued, leaving patients vulnerable. Through sustainable products, professional consulting, and educational programs, we make prevention accessible, practical, and effective — empowering individuals, practices, and communities. Connecting with hygienists around the world has been one of the best parts of this journey. We shared stories, swapped advice, and built a network of people ready to explore new opportunities.
